Course booking can be made by contacting Micro Concepts Sales Department on 01223 716200.
It is requested where possible that a purchase order be used to confirm the booking.
On receipt of your written confirmation, course joining instructions will be sent to you.
Course Fees & Payment
Course fees are confirmed at the time of booking. All fees are exclusive of VAT.
Standard fees include lunch, refreshments and completion certificate.
All fees will be invoiced in advance. Payment is required within 15 working days of course commencement.
Expenses will be charged at 40 pence per mile where a course takes place at a non Micro Concepts training location. Any additional non standard expenses incurred will also be charged.
An additional 2% processing charge will be applied for payments by credit card.
All training order cancellations must be notified in writing and will be subject to a minimum cancellation fee of 25% of the order value if notified more than 10 days prior to course commencement. Cancellations 10 days or less prior to course commencement will be subject to the same charges as for rescheduling as detailed below.
A charge will be made to reschedule agreed training dates as follows:
10 to 5 working days notice prior to course – 50% of course fee
Under 5 working days notice prior to course – 100% of course fee
Micro Concepts reserve the right to re-schedule or cancel courses. In the event of this happening, delegates will be offered an alternative arrangement. If no alternative can be agreed Micro Concepts Limited will refund any fees paid.
A Syllabus is available for each scheduled course. We recommend that delegates read these to ensure that the course meets their requirements. No responsibility will be accepted by Micro Concepts Limited for the selection of the wrong course. Please contact us if you require assistance in this matter.
The Course syllabus specifies pre requisite requirements for each course. Micro Concepts reserve the right to exclude any trainee that does not display the pre requisite knowledge for the course. A course refund will not be available in this situation. The trainee can be booked on the same course at a future date when the pre requisite requirements have been met.
Where a course syllabus includes an on site consultation day subsequent to the course, this day must be taken within 6 months of the completion date of the course and on the version of the software that has been trained.
All standard scheduled courses commence at 9.30am and finish at 4:30pm. One hour is allowed for lunch and a 15 minute break in both the morning and afternoon for refreshments. Delegates are advised to arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to course commencement for registration and refreshment.
Overnight accommodation is not provided in the course fee. Delegates should arrange their own accommodation. To assist you in your selection a list of local hotels is available.
