Field Sales

Micro Concepts have an extensive customer base and pride ourselves on ensuring they get the best return from their investment. We are looking for keen, motivated people with the ability to understand the Engineering needs of customers. We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate the ability to: 

Proactively find and secure new accounts in the Manufacturing and Production sector

Manage and develop  accounts providing sound business advice and a high level of customer service

Previous commercial experience would be beneficial, however training will be provided.

The position offers good basic salaries with the opportunities to earn excellent commission.

Internal Sales

Job Role: Internal Sales Person

About Micro Concepts: Micro Concepts are one of leading suppliers of Autodesk Manufacturing solutions in the UK. Due to further expansion we are recruiting an Internal Sales person to work from the Bristol Office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to create new business by:

• Telesales to generate prospects for field sales.
• Calling prospects and customers to arrange meetings with their account managers
• Assisting sales staff with sales related tasks, including customer proposal and on-going telephone contact with customers and prospects.
• Calling existing customers to promote valued added services (Training, support, etc)
 

You will need to be self motivated and have good customer relationship skills.

Full training will be provided on the products and services we supply.

A competitive basic salary is combined with a profit related bonus, pension scheme and health care scheme.

Application Engineer - AutoCAD Plant and Electrical Solutions

Due to continuing expansion we require an additional engineer to join our support team at our Cambridge office. Providing first class levels of service and support to our customer base this role will involve ensuring our customer base is fully realising the potential of their investment in Autodesk Digital prototyping solutions.

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate the ability to:

Understand engineering issues and processes

Display logical analytical problem solving skills

Analyse and provide best ongoing solutions

Previous electrical and/or plant engineering experience is required as this role will be focussed towards our plant and electrical portfolio of solutions.

The position offer good basic salary and profit related bonuses.
