Autodesk Customer Satisfaction Program (CSAT)

The Autodesk Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) program measures the customer pre- and post-sales experience with Autodesk partners globally.

The program provides Micro Concepts with actionable data and customer feedback gathered through a short Autodesk survey enabling us to follow-up with our customers to strengthen relationships and address concerns. The CSAT survey also forms part of our overall customer service and quality standards.

If you have recently ordered and activated an Autodesk product, or if your Subscription renewal is due, then you may be invited to complete this online survey. You will have the opportunity to opt out if you wish to be excluded. This can be requested by following the link found on the survey sent from Autodesk.

Completing the Survey

Micro Concepts is an Autodesk Gold Partner and maintaining this accreditation requires the highest standards of Customer Satisfaction, to which Micro Concepts are currently adhering.

If you are asked to participate in an upcoming CSAT survey, please be aware of the unique structure of the survey:
• Scores of 9 or 10 indicate you had a positive experience with Micro Concepts
• Scores of 7 or 8 are considered neutral and don’t contribute to our overall satisfaction rating
• Scores of 6 or less indicate you had a negative experience with us


So if you do choose to take part in the CSAT Survey, please bear in mind the above scoring system and that you are rating Micro Concepts, not Autodesk.
